Terms & Conditions: SR Express Delivery
Effective Date: February 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SR Express Delivery mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

By using the app, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and current information (name, mobile number, and delivery address).

SR Express Delivery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Ordering & Services
Intermediary Role: SR Express Delivery acts as a platform to connect you with Merchants (Restaurants/Stores) and Delivery Partners. We do not manufacture or prepare the food/grocery items.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, menu prices and availability are set by the Merchants and may change without notice.

Order Acceptance: An order is only confirmed once the Merchant accepts it. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or technical errors.

5. Payments & Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices include applicable GST, but delivery fees and packaging charges may be added at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We are not liable for transaction failures caused by your bank or the payment provider.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
User Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before the Merchant begins preparation or packaging.

Refunds: If an order is cancelled by us or the Merchant, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Quality Issues: Any complaints regarding food quality or missing items must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Delivery Conditions
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or high demand.

You must ensure a person is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, the order will be marked as "Failed Delivery," and no refund will be issued for perishable items.

8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:

Use the app for any illegal purposes or to purchase prohibited substances.

Resell items purchased through the app for commercial gain.

Attempt to bypass the app's security or reverse-engineer the software.

9. Limitation of Liability
SR Express Delivery is not liable for:

The quality, taste, or safety of products provided by Merchants (per FSSAI guidelines, the Merchant is solely responsible).

Indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
